The FISCHER Spindle Group – technology leader in precision spindle manufacturing – decided to largely digitalize all internal processes in line with Industry 4.0. The goal: more flexibility and maximum transparency. The mobisys solutions supported the company in streamlining and standardizing processes in purchasing, logistics, manufacturing and customer service worldwide.

Thanks to MSB and MSB FIVE, users can perform all necessary work steps directly in the SAP system using mobile handheld scanners and tablets.

  • Consolidation of work processes worldwide: Thanks to the process-guided MSB App, workflows are uniform worldwide
  • Tracking of the work status in real time: By scanning the work steps, the required materials are immediately booked in the SAP system and the corresponding operation step is recorded
  • Complete returns processing in Customer Service: creation and maintenance of service notifications, repair orders, goods receipt, creation and processing of sales orders, printing of labels

The FISCHER Spindle Group continuously expands the areas of application of
MSB and MSB FIVE. The following new additions are already planned for 2021:

  • Generally, the processing of open purchase requisitions to purchase orders
    (on the release up to storage)
